Insanity - Week 4 Begins!

Today I started my official 4th week of the INSANITY DVDs and let me tell you -- these DVDs are no joke!  Today was the Pure Cardio video -- I'm finally feel great at the end of the DVD.  This is big for me considering these DVDs have really been kicking my butt!
I still love my running -- it's just who I am -- but I needed to change things up on my body and these INSANITY videos did just that!
The harder I struggle through these DVDs, the better I feel.  I'm fitting into my cute close again and really loving this!  I'm going to feel great in Vegas in a couple of weeks!
What is 1 hour a day?  That's only 60 minutes!  Let's go!  Dig Deeper and Get Moving!  You'll thank me later!

Thursday -- Starving!

This is so true!  Mind over matter -- in this case Mind over Weight!  I'm starving -- but I have a goal and I'm determined to reach it.
Need I say more?

I believe in myself and my ability to reach my ultimate goal!  I will succeed.  If I don't believe in myself, who will?

Once I made my mind up to this challenge -- that was it!  It's on baby!

Wednesday Fitness Motivation

Need I say more?  On this 60 day challenge -- diet is key!  If you spend hours on end working out and doing cardio, but them go eat bad -- it's all for naught!
To lose weight it is 80% what you put in your mouth and 20% working out.  Don't get me wrong, you need both -- but what you put in your mouth is KEY!

I personally think being strong is sexier than being skinny.  I've always admired women with sexy muscles and curves.

What do you think is sexy?  What is your motivation?  Find your motivation and put it somewhere that you can see every day.

60 Day Challenge Motivation

STRONG IS THE NEW SEXY!  Let's always remember that ladies!

No matter what your size, you are beautiful.  This 60 days will be challenging -- but you can do it!
Strong is the new beautiful.  We are all beautiful in our own right!

60 days will go by so fast -- but you will thank me for getting you to do 60 days for yourself!

Day 1 - Weights -- Walking (lots) with kettlebell workout
Day 2 - Running -- 3 miles (run/walk if you have to--just get in 3 miles)
Food -- ONLY meat, veggies and fruit (this is only for 60 days (you can do it)

60 Day Diet and Fitness Challenge--DAY 1

So, I keep hearing about these 60 Day Fitness Challenges going on.  I figured why not do one of my own?  It can only make me better, right? 
So, today is Day1!  Today is weights day and I'll weigh myself too.  And YES, I'll post my weight so I can be honest with myself if this is actually working!
Yes, I've Decided to do this challenge.
Yes, I've Committed to finish this challenge.
I WILL Succeed!

As for the diet-- simple -- ONLY eat extra lean meats, fruit, veggies, and protien drinks for 60 days.  You can do this.  Make this diet as simple as possible.  Don't over think it!
Until you are used to this way of eating--don't over think it.  Make it as simple as possible.

Meats, veggies, nuts, fruit -- NO SUGAR.  Can't be much simplier than that!

Make sure to do some sort of exercise every day.  That includes, walking, running, swimming, riding your bike, weights, Insanity, or any sort of cardio class you take at your gym.  Just get moving every single day.  You can do this and it will be a lot simplier than you think.
