Weekend Update

Saturday was a football day, all day! The NW Tigers JV team lost, but not without a fight. It was a great game, but unfortunately, we didn't come out on top. We'll get 'em next time. Our Varsity team demolished the IDC Falcons, though. We ran all over that team.

Warm-up 10 min on Stairclimber (not stairmaster)
Back Day
3 x 12 - Seated machine row
3 x 12 - Seated machine lateral raises
3 x 10 - Seated wide-grip lat pull downs behind head - superset w/
3 x 10 - Seated close grip lat pull downs to the front - great burn!!!

I've been gone for a while and haven't been able to post due to computer problems. Sorry for such a long delay. Anyway, business is slowly growing, so anyone in the NW Houston area looking for a personal trainer, bootcamp class, or group class, please look me up.
