Sunday - Run 2 miles easy
Monday - Run 3 miles and sit-ups
Tuesday - Lower body workout w/plyos
Wednesday - Run 3 miles
Thursday - Upper body workout w/plyos
Friday - Off
Saturday - Run 4 miles - light weights
This week I've added in a little more cardio and took out 1 day of weights. This is just to up the cardio aspect since it is bikini weather. Next week we'll take out one day of cardio and add back in another day of weights. If you have any ideas for some great quick workouts send them to me as I'd love to hear about them.

Sunday - Plyos/Biceps/Triceps
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Back/Shoulders

I have been changing up my workouts quite a bit lately. It seems to be helping with trimming down my body. I'll keep posting my different workouts so you can see how it is working. I don't get on the scale too much, as I muscle weighs more than fat. Plus the more you get on the scale the more you are going to get stuck on a number. You should pay more attention to how your clothes fit, versus what the scale says.
You do not need a lot of equipment for plyo workouts. I use a weight bench and a metal step up. You'd be amazed at what you can do with these 2 pieces of equipment. I will continue to share what equipment I amusing. As a mother, I try to use the most inexpensive equipment out there. So I will keep you posted.
