Sweat is just your fat cells crying ... what are you doing?!? Sweating is good. You know you just had an awesome workout and those toxins are leaving your body!
How do you feel after a really good, intense workout, and sweat is just dripping from you? You should feel invigorated!
I love it when I'm done running and sweat is just pouring off of me. I know I just pushed myself to my limit and left everything out on the road. After my run last night, I was hot and sweating...loved it!
Ran 3 miles last night after work, but pushed it to finish faster than I normally do. Loved every minute of that run!
Wednesday, Leg WOD:
Warm-Up: 5 minute - seated bike
Leg Press x 10
Lying Leg Curls x 10
Seated Leg Extensions x 10
Seated Calf Raises x 10
Repeat 3 times ... client did 25 minutes of Elliptical. I will run after work again.
