Tuesday Running Quotes

I'm falling in love with running again. Could be the spring weather...could be that I realized what it is that I truly love... running.
Some weeks/months this is exactly how I feel. I absolutely love running and then something happens and I dread it. But no matter what I always come back to my faithful and true love, RUNNING.
Even though we don't always see eye to eye, some how we always come back together. When we are in our rhythm, there is no stopping us. We can be an unbelievable team.
Running is great for the lower body, as well as cardio for your health. Now, it's not all I do, but I do it a lot. So for this morning's AM weight workout, see below:
Tuesday, WOD:
Warm-Up: 5 minute walk on treadmill
One Big Circuit - Repeat 4 Times
Lat Pull Downs (5 x front/5 x behind neck)
Cable Curls
Rope Pressdowns
Cable Upright Rows
Overhead Cable Rope Tricep Extensions
Cable Rope Crunches
Walking Lunges
Repeat Cycle
Today's workout was not too intense. That means it's time to up the anti and start adding plyos in between sets. I need my heart rate up and moving.
I will be running 3 miles this evening.
