Warm-Up: Walk on Treadmill on 5 minute
Seated Leg Press x 10
Hack Squat x 10
Smith Machine Squats x 10
Seated Leg Extensions x 10
Seated Calf Raises x 10
25 lb Plate Twists x 20 between each set.
Here are some fun pictures of my clients working out last week.
These girls work hard and are very diligent to their workouts. They come, get their work done and don't complain (at least too much) about whatever I decide to throw at them. They always have a great positive attitude when working out. And the conversations are very entertaining and fun ... love our conversations.
This is so true ... if you want to look like a fox ... you need to put in the work! Remember that ... there is no short cut ... get out and get it done. No excuses!
