Warm-Up: Walk 5 minutes on treadmill
Circuit 1:
Lat pull downs x 12 (wide grip front x 6/wide grip behind neck x 6)
Cable Rope Pressdowns x 12
Side to Side Bends with 10lb plates x 20
Circuit 2:
One Arm DB Rows x 10
Bench Dips x 10
Burpees x 5
Circuit 3:
Bentover BB Rows x 10
DB Kickbacks x 10
Ft in and Out x 10
Cardio: Walk on Treadmill x 25 minutes
Remember - JUST DO IT -- anything -- find what you like to do to be active and get out there -- just start doing something -- sitting on the couch is not getting you healthy!
