TGIF! Whoot, Whoot!! What's your favorite day of the week? Mine is definitely Friday. Friday workouts are a little less intense because I know I'm either going to run, spin or workout Saturday in the AM. Therefore, on Friday's I usually do something really light for my workout
Warm-Up: Walk on Treadmill - 5 minutes
Seated Machine Assisted Shoulder Raises x 10
Standing Bicep Curls x 10 (increasing weight each set)
Standing 1 arm DB Shoulder raises x 10 (each arm)
DB Shoulder Shrugs x 10
Client - did a different workout today as today was a makeup day for her.
